A new addition on the historic Quaker campus reflects the school’s commitment to simplicity and creativity
The Westtown School expanded their fine and performing arts building to include a new double height gallery space. Maintaining a clean ceiling appearance, light track is recessed between ceiling panels. Adjustable track heads highlight the artwork. Ambient light from track mounted linear luminaires is controlled separately from the adjustable track heads allowing for mood setting variation.
Visual access to the outdoors is prevalent and desired for the health and wellbeing of students and staff. The overall design supports evolving programs and collaboration for the visual arts and broader academic setting.
