One Riverside, located in historic Fitler Square in Philadelphia, demanded excellent lighting design for this 22-story luxury residential tower. With 82 residences, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, the complex also provides underground parking, fitness and spa center, large outdoor terrace, club room and a business center for its residents.
BEAM designed the lighting for all units, amenity spaces, exterior facades and crown as well as the parking garage. The vibrant lighting for One Riverside is energy efficient, aesthetically pleasing and well-illuminated for its clientele. The exterior lighting is showcased from across the Schuylkill River as it illuminates the key feature of the tower.
